6th Jan: (evening to early hours) Hazardous icy conditions on untreated surfaces. Very cold. Increase in cloud late this evening will pick up temperatures slightly but this cloud will bring snow, expected during the early hours and into rush hour. Min night temp -7°C

7th Jan: Snow will soon clear during the morning. The afternoon may see a few sunny intervals at times but soon dropping bitterly cold by the evening. Max day temp 2°C

8th Jan: Freezing fog during the morning, bright during the afternoon....the cold spell continues!
